Return / Replacement Policy:
No return, refund or exchange. All items we dispatch are double-checked by our staff for better customer experience but still, replacement is accepted only if the item is broken/damaged in any form or wrong item is sent to you. In this case, you have to provide the video of the opening sealed parcel within 3 days of receiving the item. First, the customer has to send the item back to the address mentioned on the parcel and courier charges will be bear by customer. A new item will be sent to you FREE of cost after our staff verify your broken item by asking the video of received parcel opening, but no refunds on the subscription that have concluded only exchange.
For all Cash on Delivery customers, 50 % advance payment is required for all the purchases equal or above PKR 10,000 within 3 days of order. Once the payment is received, your order will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email the confirmation from our team. The remaining 50% is required at the time of receiving the parcel. For transfer of the amount, please contact us on WhatsApp.
